I. Insulation Requirements:
Cables should have good insulation performance to prevent leakage and electric shock accidents.
Select appropriate insulating materials based on the environment and usage conditions, such as high-temperature resistant, oil-resistant, and chemically corrosion-resistant ones.
Ii. Cable Selection
Select the appropriate type of cable based on factors such as its application, laying conditions, and safety requirements, such as power cables, control cables, overhead insulated cables, etc.
The cross-sectional area of the conductor of a cable should be determined based on parameters such as load current, voltage loss, and economic current density.
Iii. Laying Requirements:
Cable laying should comply with relevant norms, such as the "Code for Installation of Cable Lines", etc.
Cables should be kept away from being laid in harsh environments such as high temperatures, humidity and corrosiveness.
During the cable laying process, damage to the cable insulation layer should be avoided.
